Where is Frontier Trails Camp Located?
We are located 90 minutes west of the Corel Center, on Hwy 60. 11 km west of Eganville. See Map on Home Page.

What is the Camper Staff ratio?
Our ratio is 4:1 Campers Staff.

What are your accommodations like?
The Main Camp Building, houses 2 dorms that hold 16 girls per dorm. Each dorm has a room for the counselors
Another dorm holds 28 with 5 separate rooms, including a Counselor’s room.
The Carriage House can hold up to 28 people, & all dorms have washrooms either in the dorm or close by in the same building.

What are your washroom facilities?
We have two washrooms located in the main camp building. Each houses 3 stalls, 2 showers, and 4 sinks. There are also washroom & shower facilities at the Beachfront. The Carriage House has a 1 shower, 2 bathrooms, and 2 sinks.

Typical Day of Camp
7am – Horsemanship 3 only Catch and tack horses
8am – Breakfast for all campers
9-12pm – Campers rotate through 3 different skill sessions (Activities vary each day)
Lunch
1-3pm. – Beach & Waterfront, Horsemanship classes
3-4pm Tuck Shop & time of relaxation and visiting with camp friends
4pm – Skill Session
5pm – Supper
6:30pm – Evening Program (Wide Game, Staff hunt, Scavanger hunt, Wacky Water games, Skits, Campfire, Snack, Girls Spa night, etc)

Medical Facilities?
Marie Tubby is the camp nurse on site for the duration of the summer with other Drs. and Nurses who are on staff different weeks . There is a camp infirmary and First Aid stations at the Beach and throughout the camp property. Many of the camp staff are trained in First Aid & CPR . The Pembroke, Renfrew & Barrys Bay Hospital”s are located 30 minutes away.

What do you mean by a Christian Camp?
Frontier Trails Camp is a Non-Denominational Christian Camp dedicated and committed to supporting families and encouraging growth in campers socially, spiritually, mentally and physically. We teach the kids biblical principals like self esteem, thinking of others, The Golden Rule, through stories, songs, skits and daily living. There is a 15min theme for starting the day at breakfast, and a campfire in the evening to finish of the day before bed.
